The Academy’s first course “Basic Course on International Promotion and Protection of Human Rights” began by discussing “Human Rights’ Historical Development” with Prof. Dr. Oktay Uygun. The first session was held in the Friedrich Naumann Foundation’s Istanbul Office meeting room but due to the pandemic, the FNF Istanbul Office could only accommodate the Academy for two weeks.
