Participants on the Basic Course of the International Protection and Promotion of Human Rights – 3 met for the Human Rights Forum on 10 December, Human Rights Day, the anniversary of the adoption of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

    The subject of Human Rights in the Shadow of the Pandemic was first discussed by the teams and then by all participants, with presentations prepared by the teams. Human rights during the pandemic such as the right to assemble and protest, the right to health and the right to life were discussed on legal, philosophical and sociological grounds.
