The second Human Rights Forum was conducted under the Advanced Course on International Protection and Promotion on Human Rights - I. The participants were divided into three groups to discuss "Independence of Judiciary", "LGBTİ + and Women's Rights" and "Minority Rights". The participants were addressed (addressed by?  Mentored by?  Editor) by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olgun Akbulut and Dr. Reyda Ergün.
