The second workshop was conducted with the participants of the Third Basic Course on International Promotion and Protection of Human Rights.  After the screening of Dostlar Theatre's "Barefoot Socrates", democracy and human rights in light of Socrates's doctrine were discussed under the moderation of Prof. Dr. Oktay Uygun.
